Leader in the high end Mobility Segment wanted to launch an entirely new series of lower end power chairs and scooters. They needed to position themselves in in a preferred position and effectively differentiate themselves in a crowded market space.

Solution

Leveraging their high end leadership position, developed a complete business case including Pre-Launch, Launch and Post launch Plans tailored to establish a complete Dealer / Support Network, Training and Sales / Marketing Plan, Service Provider negotiations and Training. The Plan also included Post-Launch Support and Metrics.

Outcome

Company completed a successful global launch of the product (on time and under budget) into the value oriented mobility space generating more than $30mm in 1st year sales and greater than $ 100mm in revenue by the end of year 3 post launch. Established preferred position status in this market segment.
